Rental Rates

For groups of 1-5 people: Hourly pricing is $16/hour with a 1.5 hour minimum (you may choose to use less than 1.5 hours but it will still cost $24).

For groups of 6-10 people: Hourly pricing is $21/hour with a 1.5 hour minimum (you may choose to use less than 1.5 hours but it will still cost $31.5).

*If booked within 24 hours of rental, a $10 convenience fee will be added to the total rental amount.

*After booking, rescheduling a rental will require a $10 rescheduling fee. 

*Renters who arrive more than 15 minutes early will be charged for additional time in the space. 

 

Payments

Full payment must be made in advance to reserve time in the studio. An invoice will be emailed to you after the initial rental request.

Payments may be made by credit, debit, or Paypal.

Cancellation Policy

Full credit for future rental will be applied if canceled at least 48 hours before scheduled time. If canceled within 48 hours, 1/2 credit for future rental will be applied.

 

Specifications

Dimensions are 24'x14'. Mirrors are 12’ wide and 7’ high. Portable ballet barre, tripod, and bluetooth speaker are available for use. 

 

Agreements

*This is a private home and we ask that you respect our property and privacy. Please ask permission before touching anything that’s not yours. Use of the kitchen sink, refrigerator, and microwave is allowed during the rental if desired. 

There are 4 easy-going cats in the space that may make an appearance. For those that require cats to not be present, please request that in advance.

Renter assumes all responsibility for their own well-being during their time in the studio, and does not hold the property owner liable for any potential injury, theft, or damages incurred at 1120 Capron Street.
